Curriculum sheets identify the requirements necessary to apply for and successfully complete a health sciences program (i.e., application period, start semester, application criteria, prerequisite and course requirements).  View Curriculum Sheets

Once you meet all application criteria and minimum prerequisites for the health sciences program, applications may be submitted during the application period. You will be required to create an account to complete the application process. You may have up to two(2) options during an application period.

Any additional documentation required as part of the application process must be submitted on or before the specified deadlines in order to be considered for fall admissions. Incomplete application files will not be considered for admissions (i.e. missing transcripts). Please visit the application hub regularly to check for missing items and status updates.

Acceptance Notifications will be released by the notification date listed. Monitor your application hub regularly for status notification and "next steps" . Once status notification has been received, an acceptance packet will be provided, detailing the next steps required in order to accept your seat and move forward in the program.
